1.在(zai)電池(chi)放電過程中(zhong):電池(chi)液滲入電池(chi)板的孔隙(xi)中(zhong),導致電池(chi)液面下降(jiang)。
2.電(dian)池充電(dian)時,電(dian)池液會從電(dian)池板(ban)的氣孔(kong)中排出,因此電(dian)池液位會上升。

注意事項溫馨提示:
1.在正常使用條件下,單位(wei)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)一次充放電(dian)(dian)循環的(de)失(shi)水量約為4ml/100Ah。例:一塊500Ah的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)應該(gai)補充大約20毫升的(de)純水。
2.蓄電池補水后,液位(wei)不得(de)超(chao)過防濺板(ban)10 mm,原(yuan)因如下:
1).液位過高時,蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)液容量會與電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)板之間的(de)焊接鋁條接觸,形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)液的(de)離(li)子污染,從而提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組的(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)力,損害電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)容量和壽(shou)命。
2).液位過(guo)高會造(zao)(zao)成電(dian)(dian)化學反應過(guo)程中電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)液的飛濺(jian),導致電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)液濃度降低,從(cong)而降低電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量(liang)和電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓。而濺(jian)出(chu)的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)液會對車身和電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)造(zao)(zao)成腐(fu)蝕(shi)。
3.如果(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)液(ye)位(wei)不足,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在(zai)使用過程中(zhong)(zhong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)板的上(shang)部會暴露(lu)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong),從而減小電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)板參與電(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學反應(ying)的面積,從而降低電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的容量。
